At the same time, we have been working on our new Tenant Portal. You can get to this through the website and once you have set your account up, you will be able to check your rent, make a payment, raise a repair, change your household details or send us a message - at any time night or day. The portal is really easy to use and makes your communication with us faster and more secure. We will be holding a series of events to help people get signed up but if you are really keen to get going, just give us a call and we can get you set up really quickly.

Finally, you will notice that we have some new branding - the colours and log that we use to identify PHA. The new colours are warmer and more natural - with just a hint of excitement. Again, these aim to reflect our values - a commitment to people and planet, to our community all rooted in integrity, partnership and curiosity.
