Our community is full of not for profit and charitable organisations providing services and support to local people. 

Our particular contribution is good quality, affordable housing backed by friendly, helpful and efficient services.   We also collaborate with others who share our values, trying to make sure that everyone in our community gets a chance to thrive.  This might be providing small grants, offering practical help or advice or sharing office space, volunteers or training.   We have a pretty open mind!

We are always keen to work with other charitable/non-profit bodies - so if you think we could be of help, please do get in touch.   

As a community based organisation, we are particularly proud to work with local companies and trades people.   This helps the local economy while providing our residents with friendly, familiar and good quality work.   Our residents really like that they often know the name/face of the person who is coming round to do a repair or check a safety item.   

Where we do work with larger organisations, we are still all about building long term relationships - good for us, good for you, good for our residents.
