We want to extend a warm welcome to Matt Alexander who has joined PHA as Head of Property. Matt brings with him a wealth of experience - from starting out in landscape gardening to most recently being Housing Operations Manager at Waverley Borough Council.

Matt will be responsible for making sure that our homes are safe, warm and affordable - both now and in the future. He will develop and deliver our asset management plans, working with residents to find out what really matters most to them and ensuring that this is reflected both in what we do and in how we do it. He is also responsible for all aspects of property and estate safety - so let him know if you have any concerns.
