Property & Compliance Administrator

Location: Petersfield
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,369 full-time equivalent, pro-rata for 22.5hrs/wk

We are looking for a Property & Compliance Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our property team, with a particular focus on coordinating, recording and monitoring property safety and compliance activity.
The role will support the scheduling and recording of inspections and certificates, including gas, electrical, fire safety, legionella and asbestos. You will help ensure follow-up actions are raised, tracked, completed and reported accurately, while also supporting complex repairs, voids, planned works, contractor records and resident communications linked to property team activity.
This is an important role in helping us keep residents safe and well informed through clear communication, accurate record keeping and a well-coordinated property service.

Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate records for all property safety and compliance requirements.
- Ensuring safety inspections and compliance checks are scheduled, completed and recorded accurately, with documentation reviewed and follow-up actions raised as required.
- Raising orders for planned works and compliance inspections and follow up works, coordinating appointments with contractors and residents.
- Providing administrative and customer support for planned major works and improvement programmes.
- Supporting the property team with record keeping, inspection documentation and order management.
- Assisting with resident communications and providing excellent customer service.
- Providing front-of-house support for calls and enquiry recording across the wider team when needed.
About you
You will ideally have experience in a similar busy administrative role, with a strong customer focus, excellent IT skills and confident communication skills. You will be organised, able to prioritise effectively and have strong attention to detail.
