Our Petersfield office, puts us at the heart of the community we serve - and we aim to make this a great place for everyone to live, learn, work and grow.

Our main job is always to be a reliable, helpful and effective landlord, working with and for residents so they can enjoy and feel safe in their homes.

Beyond that, we try to use our talents, assets and opportunities to support and amplify the work of other local organisations that help our whole community to thrive.

Our starting point is always to provide homes that are safe, warm and affordable for our residents. As we invest in improving homes, we will work closely with residents so we can really understand what matters most to them - and reflect this in our plans.

Friendly, Helpful and Effective Service

Getting to know our residents and finding out what is important to them helps us make our services easy and convenient to use. It might be as simple as remembering that you work nights or as practical as adapting your taps or your doorways. Whatever you need, we are listening and want to help.

Connecting & Contributing to Our Community

We aim to be a trusted local organisation and a good partner. We love collaborating with others and amplifying the work of like minded organisations. Working in partnership, we want to create opportunities for people to feel connected, to improve financial and personal well-being and to build a sense of belonging for everyone.

We can only do this work if we continue to be well run and financially stable. Making sure we remain commercially viable, have inclusive leadership, empowered staff and strong governance is key to our success. As a business we aim to be open and to learn from our mistakes so that we can genuinely get better over time.
