I’m the one who makes sure your home gets the repairs it needs — whether it’s a dripping tap, broken heating, or something more urgent. I’m your go-to person for sorting issues and making sure they’re handled properly and on time.

No two days are ever the same! I spend a lot of time speaking with tenants, logging repairs, chasing up contractors, and making sure jobs get done. I also keep an eye on ongoing issues and try to spot any patterns so we can fix problems before they get bigger. It’s all about making sure our homes are safe, warm, and in good condition.

I love being part of a team that genuinely cares. Everyone here wants to make a difference, and that really shows in the work we do. It’s not just about repairs — it’s about people’s lives and homes, and that makes it really rewarding.

We had an out of hours call out 1st January 2024 from our sheltered home scheme who reported they had no heating, our contractors attended and supplied heaters. They were so relieved and grateful — moments like that remind me why I do this job.
