If I contacted PHA, who would you be?

I am the one who has responsibility for our operational services. My primary role is to look after the front line team, providing support and guidance to ensure that they provide the best possible customer care to our residents.

What do you do on a daily basis?

I work closely with the front line team to deliver a quality housing and responsive repairs service to our customers. My role also links in with the Leadership team to review performance, budget management and overall operational efficiency. I am also responsible for driving meaningful engagement with our residents, keeping them informed to help shape and influence the services we provide.

Why do you like working at PHA?

At PHA it starts with the team, which is warm, friendly and hugely supportive. These atributes spill into the every day activites that are delivered to and on behalf of our residents and communities, who in turn experience a service that is genuinely personal which helps to delliver on our mission – making this a great place for everyone.

For me, it is the ‘small wins’ that add up to making a huge difference. I love to see how rewarding it is for the team when they have used their creativity or initiative to resolve a customer’s problem. Making a positive impact through actions taken, the customer is happy, our team is happy, win, win!
