
I am the one who takes incoming phone calls, manages rent arrears, helps supports tenants with any queries or concerns they may have, and coordinating repair requests/works orders.
On a daily basis I post rent payments to tenants’ accounts, handle incoming phone calls, provide support to tenants when they have any queries or concerns, arrange visits for our housing officers and raise repair requests when needed.
I enjoy working at PHA because our team genuinely cares and aims to make a difference to tenants’ lives. As a smaller housing association, we’re able to build closer, more personal connections with our tenants which makes it a lot nicer when dealing with any issues they may have.
