I was born in Portsmouth and my family lived in Petersfield, so while I’m now based in Berkshire, I still very much consider myself a Hampshire girl. When I came across the opportunity to get involved in the community through PHA Homes, I knew I wanted to apply. Housing associations play such a vital role in people’s lives, and I’m delighted to contribute in a small way.

My professional work focuses on helping organisations shape their culture and make ethical decisions. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with two larger housing associations, which gave me a solid understanding of day-to-day operations. I hope to bring together this experience—alongside my commitment to being a good listener and a long-term thinker—to make a meaningful contribution to the board.

Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan; Formula 1 and golf (which I play), but most importantly for our community, I’m a proud Pompey supporter.
