To support the work of PHA Homes which is tackling one of the biggest issues in day-to-day life; to learn from board members who have different background and insights; and to become a part of the Petersfield community.

I aim to blend a number of aspects of my background, learning and experience: my training as a lawyer, combined with my MBA and executive experience in large people organisations going through change and growth; my board experience in smaller organisations, including charities, to support strategy and fundraising; and my life experience around disadvantage, mental health and learning disability and its impact, as well as some adjacent lived experience of social housing

I have moved house 28 times, including between the US and the UK four times. I left Hampshire for New Jersey when I was 10 and it feels like I have returned home.
