We know that anti-social behaviour can really affect the enjoyment that people get from their homes and can sometimes mean that people feel unsafe. We hope that residents will act as good citizens and will work together to resolve minor issues and concerns – talking to each other when actions are of concern. Solutions that are found in this way are much more effective and long lasting.
However, we will work with other agencies such as the police, environmental health and other government agencies to support residents in resolving anti-social behaviour where it is serious or persistent and actionable. You can read more about our policy on anti-social behaviour here ASB Policy 2022
