Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2023

2023/24 Fuel Fund Allowance

PHA Homes is working with HACT to provide support to our residents who are struggling with their energy bills. Through the 23/24 Fuel Fund, we can offer up to six £49 vouchers to households with a pre-payment meter to support with their energy costs until the end of October 2024.

Referrals for support will be sent by PHA Homes and processed by HACT within 5 working days.

Once the referral has been processed, PHA Homes will send the vouchers to residents via email (or print and post them out if the resident does not have access to email) for the resident to redeem at a PayPoint store within 30 days.

Support is only available for social housing residents living in England, Scotland and Wales, and referrals must be sent by a social landlord registered with the scheme.

Please note, residents who are supplied by British Gas are not eligible to receive support through this scheme.’

Four Million Homes Campaign

The Four Million Homes campaign was set up on the back of the Better Social Housing Review and the various stories around safety in the home and listening and hearing resident voices.  It aims to encourage and empower residents through knowing their rights and knowing how to challenge landlords.
